The 4th is the biggest holiday of the year in much of Alaska... & our governor was no where to be found... would not even ride in the parade or raise the flag in commemoration of that special day... she was too busy hiding out & twittering.
Wow... the anger in this state is intense.. either that, or they are very glad she is gone... or they are trying to still find a reason to sing in her choir.
no re-gifting now... no returns

Hi, No Re --
Around here, we're still trying to find a reason to sing in her choir. We need to let the dust settle. Governor Palin has suffered enormously from the msm and liberal elite - far more than ANYONE in my history.
I'm sorry that you found it offensive that the Governor wasn't in the forefront of the independence celebrations. Truly.
Personally, I tend to reflect on the brave revolutionaries who put it all on the line so that we could be free from King George. I focus, too, on the brave men and women who have served in our armed forces, many laying down their lives, for our continued freedom.
We have so much to be grateful for in this country and a tremendous obligation to ensure she remains free for future generations. It's an onerous responsibility and one that folks like you, and I and the rest of this board's membership are up to - if we keep our priorities straight, our wits about us and a firm faith in God's help.
Welcome to the board. We look forward to hearing more from you.
